Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin was born in Winnipeg and raised in the city of Wellington. She became an actor in the role of Flora McGrath in romantic drama film, The Piano. Paquin is a native of Winnipeg was raised in Wellington and made her stage debut in the role of Flora McGrath when she played the role in The Piano. Paquin played a minor role in the film's title role when she was just a young girl as part of Franco Zeffirelli's Jane Eyre (1996) and an important role in the movie Fly Away Home (1996). Paquin was a part-time actress in the television movie of 1997 adapting Carson McCullers novel The Member of the Wedding. In Steven Spielberg's Amistad, she played the queen of Spain in a minor part. She played teenage girls in of Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000) as well as her polexia Aphrodisa girl in Almost Famous (2000).
