Tracy Spiridakos (born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) is an actress from Canada. The most well-known role she played is Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson, who was a character in the NBC show Revolution. For this her performance, she won a nomination for a Saturn Award as Best Actress on TV. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents. The family moved to the Greek town Skala, near Sparta in the year she turned four. She returned to Canada when she was nine. She has a deep connection to her Greek origins, and can speak Greek with fluency. She was a student at Oak Park High School, Winnipeg. Spiridakos relocated from Winnipeg to Vancouver in pursuit of acting. Her debut role in a matter of weeks on Supernatural. Her work in the television industry continued until 2009 when she was awarded her first lead part in Majority Rules! In 2011, she made her debut as a feature film with Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
